Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Litigation Associate role will have: 1. A J.D. degree from an accredited law school and an active member in good standing of the North Carolina bar. 2. A minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense. 3. Proven experience in handling depositions, arbitrations, and trials. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. 6. Proficiency in legal research tools and software. 7. Ability to manage a high volume of cases and work under pressure to meet deadlines. 8. Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
