Previous sales or retail sales experience desired. </li><li> Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li> Customer-focused and an excellent team-player. </li><li> Ability to effectively resolve customer issues, while dealing with stressful situations. </li><li> Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. </li><li> Excellent time-management skills. </li><li> Flexible with the ability to adapt to varying situations, and to adjust priorities. </li><li> Results-driven and able to multi-task. </li><li> Ability to read, write, and sit for extended periods of time. </li><li> Good computer skills (MS Office). </li><li> Bilingual skills (Spanish) is desired, but not required. </li><li> Consistent, regular attendance is an essential job function. </li></ul> Additional: <ul><li> While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is regularly required to talk and hear.
