Overview:
Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Teller I Seasonal. Primary Function: provide high-quality member service by accurately performing a variety of financial transactions. Identify member's needs and goals by asking questions and uncovering opportunities. Promote, explain and cross-sell HVCU products and services. The seasonal program is a full time (40 hour) opportunity that runs over the summer months (May - August). Base pay: $20 per hour.  Available locations:<ul><li>Clifton Park</li><li>Malta</li></ul>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Accurately complete all types of account transactions requested by members by following organizational processes and procedures. This includes processing negotiable instruments, accurate end-of-day proof and handling large volumes of cash. </li><li>Provide courteous prompt service and proactively identify member needs, recommend solutions to meet needs and refer members to HVCU platform staff, business partners and automated services. Contribute to branch and individual sales and service goals. </li><li>Adhere to branch safety and security practices and procedures. This includes member confidentiality, securely maintaining cash and negotiable items, and physical security standards. </li><li>Maintain a working knowledge of HVCU products, services and systems. Utilize resources to ensure quality member service. </li><li>Support the successful implementation of marketing programs and promotions by creating member awareness and recommend products when the promotion meets the member’s needs. </li><li>Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Qualifications:

The Seasonal Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store presentation, and supporting daily sales operations during peak seasons. This role contributes to an enjoyable and efficient shopping experience for all MINISO USA customers while supporting store goals and visual merchandising standards.

Essential Job Functions:
1. Customer service<ul><li>Greet customers warmly and deliver a friendly, engaging shopping experience.</li><li>Answer product questions, provide suggestions, and assist customers in locating merchandise.</li><li>Process customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policy.</li></ul>2. Sales floor maintenance<ul><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.</li><li>Replenish inventory, restock shelves, and ensure product availability.</li><li>Support execution of visual merchandising guidelines to reflect brand standards.</li></ul>3. Pay Range Information:
The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply.
