In addition to team leadership, this role involves management responsibilities such as goal setting, strategic alignment, personnel management, local participation in statewide coordinated activities, hiring highly qualified team members, budget accountability, and other day-to-day execution tasks. The Program Team Lead collaborates closely with campus leadership, statewide partners, and cross-functional departments, such as statewide technology leads, career services, enrollment management, and recruiting, to establish the team's direction and ensure alignment with TSTC's mission.
