Position Summary: The Help Desk Analyst (HDA) will ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks; including receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests. The HDA will field incoming help requests, record, track, and document the help desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken through to final resolution.

Position Summary:
The Help Desk Analyst (HDA) will ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks; including receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests. The HDA will use diagnostic and help request tracking tools to help with problem resolution which may require that the individual give in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level. The HDA will field incoming help requests, record, track, and document the help desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken through to final resolution. The HDA will perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications. The HDA will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, testing fixes, and developing help sheets. The HDA must be willing to report back to work during any emergency situation, this includes if needed during inclement weather, mass casualty, internal disaster, etc. The HDA will complete other duties as assigned. Education:<ul><li>High School Diploma required.</li><li>Associates Degree in Computer Science preferred.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>A minimum of 2 years of specific experience with the installation/configuration/support of Microsoft Windows operating systems and troubleshooting PC hardware issues is required.</li><li>Broad knowledge of PC hardware and peripherals and various software packages required.</li><li>Strong computer experience in healthcare and information systems preferred.</li></ul>Licensure/Certification/Registration:<ul><li>Valid South Carolina Driver’s License in good standing required.</li><li>A+, AAS certification preferred.</li></ul>Special Skills:<ul><li>Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.</li><li>Exemplary core customer service skills strongly required.</li><li>Strong organizational skills.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills required.</li></ul> PI256610886

This role encompasses property performance, team leadership, resident satisfaction, financial management , and compliance. The Senior Community Manager ensures all communities align with company goals, policies, and industry regulations while mentoring onsite teams and optimizing property-level execution. Skill s & Competencies : + Minimum of 3–5 years’ leadership experience in Build-to-Rent, Multifamily, New Home Sales, or related fields. + Proven expertise in lease-up operations and new construction community launch . + Strong financial acumen with budget creation and NOI management experience. + Advanced proficiency in property management systems, Excel, and digital leasing tools. + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. + High attention to detail and ability to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. + CAM, CAPS, CPM, or equivalent certifications strongly preferred. + Active Real Estate or Property Manager license (state specific). Essential Job Functions: + Lead all aspects of daily operations across assigned BTR communities. + Ensure alignment with financial and operational goals by executing business plans and optimizing workflows. + Monitor compliance with company policies and all applicable regulations (e.g., Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA). + Supervise and mentor Community Managers, Leasing Specialists, and support staff. + Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance management of BTR community staff. + Conduct regular team training on leasing operations, customer service standards, and company initiatives. + Guide prospective residents through the community and home tours, ensuring an exceptional first impression. + Implement and oversee community engagement strategies to drive resident satisfaction and retention. + Respond to and resolve resident concerns, promoting a high standard of service. + Lead the development and oversight of annual community budgets. + Monitor NOI performance, occupancy trends, rent collection, and variance reporting. + Recommend strategic pricing and leasing strategies based on market intelligence. + Analyze market trends to inform and implement leasing, marketing, and retention strategies. + Provide strategic input on new community lease-ups and stabilization plans. + Support marketing efforts including reputation management, community branding, and lead generation. + Ensure that communities are maintained to brand and safety standards. + Oversee vendor relationships and verify the quality and scope of third-party services. + Conduct regular inspections of homes, amenities, and common areas with follow-up action plans. + Leverage property management software and CRM tools for team communication, leasing workflow, and resident relations. + Support implementation of digital platforms for leasing, maintenance, and performance tracking. Key Metrics & Responsibilities : + Achievement of NOI targets and occupancy/stabilization benchmarks. + High customer satisfaction as measured through reputation management KPIs. + Team training compliance and performance development tracking.
