We are hiring dependable Class A CDL Yard Spotters/Shuttle Drivers in Huntington, IN. This role moves trailers at customer request, shuttles between plant and warehouse, and supports fleet trailer movements. Drivers must cover Saturday shifts on rotation, fill in for time off, and occasionally work Sundays. Daily home time with no‑touch freight.This is a one‑truck slip seat operation requiring flexibility and reliability. Coverage is typically split between two drivers, but you must be available to step in when needed. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to keep operations running smoothly.<ul><li>Hiring Area: Within a 45‑mile radius of Huntington, IN</li><li>Schedule:<ul><li>2nd Shift Mon–Fri, 11:30 AM–close (≈7 PM)</li><li>Saturday 6 AM–close (≈7 PM), rotated between drivers</li></ul></li><li>Home Time: Daily</li><li>Equipment: Slip seat; truck speed 62 pedal / 65 cruise</li><li>Freight: No‑touch freight</li><li>Pay & Bonuses:<ul><li>$28/hr + OT after 40 hrs</li><li>40‑hr weekly guarantee (must be available all shifts)</li><li>$500 new hire bonus (second paycheck)</li><li>$3,000 referral bonus ($1,000 at hire, 60 days, 120 days)</li></ul></li><li>Requirements:<ul><li>6 months tractor‑trailer experience</li><li>Hazmat endorsement</li><li>Tanker endorsement</li></ul></li></ul>Powered by JazzHR
