Post to AR system and GL.  Assist the Accounting team with gathering support documentation for all audits.  Month End Closing Task & Reconciliations  Handles other essential tasks as assignedJob Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Data entry skills. • Strong organizational skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills. • Reading and math skills. • Ability to work independently as well as a Team Member within a challenging environment. • Ability to work overtime on short notice. • Performs other related duties as assigned. • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and related software as well as other accounting software programs. JDE experience is a plus. Requirements: • Associate degree in finance or accounting preferred but not required. • Prior experience in accounts receivable and cash applications for 5-7 years • Ability to work independently and contribute to broader team objectives. • Ability to multitask and manage time amid multiple deadlines. • At least two years of related experience required. • A true “team-oriented” leader that embraces the idea that he/she is a “go-to” person. • Expertise with ERP systems (JDE is a plus)
