In the Compensation Partner role, you will make an immediate impact on the business by providing consultative support to Human Resources Business Partners and leadership while ensuring programs run smoothly through ongoing administrative management.Primary Responsibilities  <ul><li>Evaluate requests for new, existing, or updated jobs by reviewing duties and requirements. Conduct comparative analyses to determine job level and pay grade.</li><li>Provide comprehensive analytical support for the design and administration of team member compensation programs, job evaluations, pay recommendations, and other department projects and initiatives.</li><li>Advise human resources partners and leadership on compensation related items, ensuring pay aligns with talent and business strategies.  </li><li>Collaborate with HR teams to support the annual merit planning and recommendation process.</li><li>Participate in salary surveys, analyze market and economic trends, and interpret data to recommend pay adjustments and hiring rates.</li><li>Provide support for pay-data reporting requirements.</li><li>Process incentive payments and calculate accruals for finance.</li><li>Work closely with HR operations to enhance and maintain compensation reports.</li><li>Maintain Workday compensation data, audit pay actions, and support system updates.</li></ul>Position Requirements <ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, plus 2-4 years of related compensation experience required.</li><li>Certifications or coursework toward CCP certification or other HR certifications, preferred.​</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills, such complex formulas, data analysis, and pivot tables.</li><li>Strong analytical and mathematical skills.</li><li>Familiarity with HRIS/Compensation systems and reporting tools, such as Workday and Market Pay.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</li><li>Experience with high incumbent, hourly pay rates and pay structures highly desirable.</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Sleep Number offers a hybrid work environment providing a flexible balance and blend of remote work and onsite collaboration in office at Sleep Number's corporate Headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota. #PIQ</li></ul>Salary Pay Range: $73,800.00 -$98,333.00WellbeingWellbeing is more than a catchphrase - it's a movement that permeates our company and through our team members.
