Position: Cytotechnologist 
Job Description:<ul><li>Maintains daily record of slides screened/hours worked at laboratory and slides screened/hours worked at any other outside employer per procedure manual.
	</li><li>Maintains open communication with department supervisor, pathologist, and co-workers to ensure optimal operation of the department.
	</li><li>Provides technical consultation for Cyto-processing technicians, assists in prep work when directed by Supervisor.
	</li><li>Maintains high level of proficiency and current knowledge through continuing education.
	</li><li>Complies with requirements of accreditation and regulatory agencies.
	</li><li>Supports corporate policies and objectives, complies with quality assurance, safety, and environmental and infection control protocols.
	</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor
</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>At least 2 years of recent Cyto Tech experience required
	</li><li>Cerner or EPIC experience preferred
	</li><li>High School Diploma/GED
	</li><li>At least one (1) of the following is: Required
	</li><li>Bachelor of Science degree in cytotechnology, plus graduation from a school of cytotechnology accredited school.
		</li><li>Bachelor of Science degree in a biological science, plus graduation from a school of cytotechnology accredited school.
	</li></ul>
