The ideal candidate will be passionate about higher education, possess excellent communication skills, and have a knack for event planning and customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Campus Visits and Tours:<ul><li>Coordinate and lead personalized campus tours for prospective students and their families.</li><li>Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly tour schedules to ensure availability and smooth operation.</li><li>Train and supervise student tour guides, ensuring they are well-prepared and knowledgeable about the university's offerings, culture, and resources.</li><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students and families during their visit experience.</li></ul>2. Admissions Events:<ul><li>Plan, organize, and execute on-campus events such as Open Houses, Information Sessions, Admitted Student Days, and other recruitment-related events.</li><li>Collaborate with the admissions team, faculty, staff, and student organizations to ensure events align with the university's mission and strategic goals.</li><li>Coordinate logistics for events, including event space reservations, catering, promotional materials, registration processes, and staffing needs.</li><li>Create and maintain event timelines and checklists, ensuring that all aspects of event execution are covered.</li></ul>3. Communication and Marketing:<ul><li>Assist in the development of event marketing materials, including email invitations, brochures, social media content, and website updates.</li><li>Promote visits and events through direct communication with prospective students, high school counselors, and other relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Utilize data from event feedback surveys and other sources to assess the effectiveness of visit and event programs and make recommendations for improvement.</li></ul>4. Collaboration and Relationship Building:<ul><li>Work closely with the Admissions, Marketing, and Student Affairs teams to align visit programs with recruitment goals.</li><li>Cultivate positive relationships with prospective students, families, and high school counselors to build lasting impressions of Lourdes University.</li><li>Engage with faculty, staff, and current students to enhance the visit and event experience, ensuring a comprehensive and authentic representation of the Lourdes University community.</li></ul>5.
