While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; squat; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel; talk or hear; taste or smell. The CNA/HCA is responsible for giving personal care, following behavior plans, providing household services, and participating in identified individual care activities under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
