Managing maintenance, custodial, grounds and HVAC, this role will keep our campus environment pristine, including athletic fields, a swimming pool, with our team of 20–22 full‑time employees. Our Leader will partner directly with the campus President and CFO, providing strategic guidance, operational leadership, and a calm, patient presence in a community designed to support students with physical and emotional challenges. What You'll Do:
