Translate planning concepts into clear terms for clients, designers, and project team members.</li><li> Develop a thorough understanding of clients' program requirements, as well as standards and policies for project completion.</li><li> Create both 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings.</li><li> Conduct product research and support Project Designers and Project Architects in selecting materials and researching systems.</li><li> Operate with minimal supervision and benefit from excellent mentorship.</li></ul> Qualifications: <ul><li> Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.</li><li> 10+ years of experience in Architecture.</li><li> Proficiency in Revit is essential.</li><li> Capability to collaborate effectively within a team.</li><li> Strong planning and organizational abilities.</li><li> Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li> Positive attitude and enjoyable to work with, embracing quality workmanship.</li><li> Architecture license highly preferred</li></ul> Interested in hearing more?
