Essential functions include the following; however, other duties may be assigned: Support users with hardware and software (such as Windows, Office365/Team/Sharepoint/OneDrive, Power BI, Eci M1, Solidworks) issues. The IT Technician must be physically capable of lifting and installing equipment, working in tight and varied positions, performing precise hand work, and sustaining both movement and desk-based tasks throughout the day.
