Location: Santa Ana Pay: $26 - $29 Schedule: Full-time Monday – Friday Temp to Hire opportunity! As a key part of our team, you’ll support fundraising, database management, donor relations, and event planning. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and excited about nonprofit work. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li style="margin-bottom:0in;margin:0in 0in 8pt">Manage and maintain donor data in CRM systems</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;margin:0in 0in 8pt">Support fundraising campaigns and events</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;margin:0in 0in 8pt">Build relationships with individual and corporate donors</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;margin:0in 0in 8pt">Assist in grant writing and reporting</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;margin:0in 0in 8pt">Contribute to marketing and communication efforts</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li style="margin-bottom:0in;margin:0in 0in 8pt">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent nonprofit experience</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;margin:0in 0in 8pt">Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;margin:0in 0in 8pt">Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;margin:0in 0in 8pt">Passion for nonprofit work and supporting older adults</li></ul>
