As US Recruitment and HR Specialist, the successful candidate will play an integral role in managing the full end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for all roles at Human Appeal USA, as well as managing the full employee lifecycle for Human Appeal USA, which includes creating regional-specific HR policies and processes, as well as managing areas of employee relations, learning and development, performance management, and reward and recognition. Managing all performance management processes for HA USA, including setting review deadlines and ensuring all New Hire Reviews, Annual Reviews and 6-Month Reviews are completed correctly and on time, as well as providing coaching to line managers on how to perform performance reviews, and maintaining clear performance review records.
