Summary:
This Company is a leading provider of paper products and supply solutions, committed to delivering exceptional service and quality to our clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing all accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role requires proficiency in NetSuite and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li> Accounts Payable Specialist will process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies</li><li> Manage vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies or issues</li><li> Perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable transactions</li><li> Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions</li><li> As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting</li><li> Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication</li><li> Utilize NetSuite for all accounts payable functions and reporting</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li> Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred</li><li> 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or related role</li><li> Knowledge of accounting principles and practices</li><li> Proficiency in NetSuite is required</li><li> Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li> Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul>

Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
 
 We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
