Facilitate locating, marketing, qualifying for services and linking potential clients with appropriate services offered by the program. Minimum Qualifications: Requires an Associate degree (or 60 college credits) of High School Diploma or equivalent and two years' experience in outreach, social services or related field providing counseling and placement services Veteran's of the U.S Armed Forces a plus. Driver's license preferred. Principal Responsibilities: Publicize and market program to eligible potential clients. Assessed clients' eligibility for the program and complete intake of all clients referred Outreach to local Veteran affairs Hospitals and clinics, colleges, as well as local community base organizations to build referral source. Serve as liaison between veterans and staff members. Participate in, coordinate and attend community events, education workshop and fairs designed for veterans.
