Lead and continuously improve the Hospice Volunteer and Bereavement Programs by assessing program needs, developing new services, and ensuring volunteer and bereavement support aligns with organizational and community needs. Evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous quality improvement by monitoring volunteer utilization, bereavement outcomes, and service quality, implementing improvements as needed.
