NOTE:  This position requires US Citizenship. SUMMARY The Business Analyst/Outreach Specialist is a relationship-driven professional with a sales mindset and a passion for healthcare transformation. This individual is responsible for identifying, engaging, and cultivating strong partnerships with healthcare leaders across Kentucky to drive adoption and utilization of services. In this high-impact role, you will act as a strategic advisor and trusted connector - educating healthcare organizations on the benefits of participation and proactively managing those relationships to ensure long-term value and satisfaction. Success in this position requires a persuasive communicator with consultative sales skills, a deep understanding of healthcare operations, and the ability to influence decision-makers across a wide spectrum of provider organizations. RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Relationship Development<ul><li style="margin:0in">Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned healthcare organizations, including hospitals, physician groups, behavioral health providers, long-term care facilities, and public health entities.</li><li style="margin:0in">Identify and pursue new engagement opportunities across Kentucky to expand The Client's footprint and participation.</li><li style="margin:0in">Present The Client's solutions in a compelling and consultative manner that aligns with each organization's clinical, operational, and compliance goals.</li><li style="margin:0in">Lead outreach strategies that result in executed participation agreements and active utilization of The Client's services.</li><li style="margin:0in">Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, stakeholders in implementation, and active participants, using CRM tools to track engagement progress.</li></ul>Stakeholder Engagement & Retention<ul><li style="margin:0in">Develop and nurture executive-level relationships to ensure ongoing alignment with participant needs and strategic priorities.</li><li style="margin:0in">Proactively resolve stakeholder concerns, serving as a key point of escalation and ensuring continuous satisfaction.</li><li style="margin:0in">Host educational briefings, product demonstrations, and user engagement sessions tailored to varying stakeholder roles (C-suite, clinical, IT).</li></ul>Strategic Communication & Cross-Functional Support<ul><li style="margin:0in">Coordinate with The Client's technical, onboarding, and support teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience from engagement through implementation.</li><li style="margin:0in">Act as the voice of the customer internally - communicating participant feedback and emerging market needs to influence The Client's service development.</li><li style="margin:0in">Stay current on relevant Kentucky health initiatives, policy changes, interoperability trends, and federal program incentives that impact participants.</li></ul>Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement<ul><li style="margin:0in">Monitor outreach and engagement KPIs, including participation growth, stakeholder satisfaction, and service adoption.</li><li style="margin:0in">Produce regular reports and presentations highlighting outreach efforts, market coverage, and stakeholder feedback.</li><li style="margin:0in">Recommend and implement improvements to outreach strategies based on stakeholder trends, data insights, and best practices.</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS<ul><li style="margin:0in">Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).</li><li style="margin:0in">Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, provider outreach, business development, or account management in the healthcare sector.</li><li style="margin:0in">Proven success in building executive relationships, managing client pipelines, and meeting outreach or sales targets.</li><li style="margin:0in">Strong understanding of the healthcare delivery system in Kentucky, including hospitals, practices, Medicaid, and public health infrastructure.</li><li style="margin:0in">Knowledge of health IT systems, electronic health records (EHRs), and data exchange standards preferred.</li><li style="margin:0in">Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong customer service orientation.</li><li style="margin:0in">Ability to work independently in a remote setting with regular in-state travel (valid driver's license required).</li><li style="margin:0in">SEEKING LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY.</li></ul>Preferred Attributes<ul><li style="margin:0in">Background in healthcare consulting, HIE/vendor sales, or health technology solutions.</li><li style="margin:0in">Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks, including HIPAA and interoperability mandates.</li><li style="margin:0in">A strategic thinker with a mission-driven approach and an ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.</li></ul>
