You will oversee and work with our team of Account Executives on our award-winning magazine and digital brands that reach a combined 140,000+ businesses in the U.S. each month. These brands are market leaders, and we intend to keep it that way by continuing to grow our sales with your help.Essential Job Function:<ul><li>Develop an understanding of the aspirations and competitive advantages of FenderBender and Ratchet+Wrench’s superior products and advertising programs</li><li>Effectively supervise the regional sales division of the company to produce a well run, organized team to achieve the revenue goals of the department</li><li>Develop new clients</li><li>Identify, develop and close sales opportunities</li><li>Develop new advertising programs to drive sales</li></ul>Core Competencies: To be successful in this position the qualities you absolutely need are energy and personality. In addition, you must be organized and detailed oriented, have the ability to manage people and projects, have a positive attitude, be persuasive and persistent, and have the ability to inspire people.Qualifications:<ul><li>Has a great attitude</li><li>Is ambitious, energetic, and passionate about sales and helping customers</li><li>Possesses a strong desire to ‘win’ and grow company revenues as well as personal earnings</li><li>Is an analytical and strategic thinker</li><li>Must be a team player with excellent communication skills, both written and oral</li><li>Likes a fast-paced environment</li><li>Is able to build and maintain strong relationships with others internally and externally</li><li>Possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail ability</li><li>Has a background in sales/telesales</li><li>Must be local (Twin Cities area)</li><li>Has a bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience preferred (not required)</li><li>Has 3+ years of experience in a related field preferred (not required)</li><li>Has supervisory/management experience preferred (not required)</li></ul>We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.If you are hired for this position at Endeavor, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as hiring location, skillset, prior years’ experience, relevant education, certain degrees and certifications, training, and market considerations. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
