Job Description Position Summary: The Director-Level Attorney for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) is responsible for providing legal expertise and guidance on all aspects of the company's M&A activities. This includes advising on deal structures, conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, with the assistance of outside counsel.
