The CMSD team is the pioneer and dominant market leader of the highly successful GreenPAK family of products.</p><p>As the Director of Product Marketing, you will lead a team responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives for GreenPAK and AnalogPAK families. Your role drives our semiconductor products' adoption, growth, and profitability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, sales, and executive leadership, to ensure our GreenPAK and AnalogPAK products are effectively positioned and marketed to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives. Your contributions will be instrumental in our company's success.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li><strong>Strategic Planning:</strong><ul><li>Propose and lead marketing efforts for the new product introduction of programmable mixed-signal products.</li><li>Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Product Positioning and Messaging:</strong><ul><li>Define and communicate compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our programmable mixed-signal products in the market.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Go-to-Market Strategy:</strong><ul><li>Drive the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, including pricing, distribution channels, sales enablement, and promotional campaigns.</li><li>Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales strategies and support customer acquisition and retention efforts.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Market Research and Analysis:</strong><ul><li>Analyze market data and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions and drive product roadmap priorities.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Customer Engagement:</strong><ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.</li><li>Gather customer insights through surveys, interviews, and feedback sessions to inform product development and marketing strategies.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Team Leadership and Development:</strong><ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of product marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Marketing Collateral and Content:</strong><ul><li>Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including product datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Performance Monitoring and Reporting:</strong><ul><li>Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.</li><li>Monitor marketing performance, track ROI, and provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.</li></ul></li></ol><br/><div>Additional Information</div><p>The expected annual pay range for this position is $200K-$280K. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities.
