You will be interacting with Humana’s customers, external business partners and the community we serve through face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic interactions. Face to face will encompass grass roots marketing and field sales community events, as well as, visiting prospects in their homes. Our Medicare Sales Field Agents sell individual health plan products and educate beneficiaries on our services in a field setting. Some of our additional products include Life, Annuity, Indemnity, Dental, Vision, Prescription, and more. We will also run a Motor Vehicle Report for this position  </li><li>At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested</li><li>Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership</li><li>Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense</li><li>Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information</li><li>Must reside within the assigned territory/County </li></ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance license</li><li>Associate's or Bachelors’ degree </li><li>Prior experience in TEAMS and PowerPoint</li><li>Experience engaging with the community through service, organizations, activities, and volunteerism</li><li>Experience selling Medicare products  </li><li>Bilingual with the ability to speak, read and write in both English and an additional language without limitations or assistance </li><li>Prior experience in public speaking and presentations  </li></ul>Additional Information <ul><li>Any Humana associate who speaks with a member in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment, provided by an outside vendor, to ensure competency.
