AGC Allies is a nationwide recruitment and staffing company formed in 2015 to give the client what they need efficiently and effectively. We realized many companies were wasting time by sorting through way too many resumes because our competitors were choosing quantity over quality. We eliminate the wasted time by: Knowing our client and their competition by simply doing research. Google is our best friend! Having a niche. Engineering, Built Environment, and Management/Executive level positions within them are our specialties. Training recruiters to spend time finding quality over quantity. Money is great but a good reputation is better in the long run. Maintaining Transparent Communication and by contacting the client only when it's truly necessary. Making sure employees are treated well so they have fun at work and pass it on to the client AGC Allies is a young company killing the recruiting game by making placements and giving companies the rewarding feeling of believing in and working with a small, women owned business that is an LGBT Ally. We want to be employment allies with HR, Hiring Managers, Candidates, Recruiters, Great Companies, and Cool People.
