In 2006, third generation owner and current President, Joe Parker was ready to let someone else take over because he just didn't enjoy what he did. But one eventful day in Colorado, he realized that no matter what company you work for, they all have the same problems. But he was in the best seat to change it, so that's what he did. 

From that day forward, the company was on a mission to find the right people with similar core values. Since 2008, the company has grown from $8MM to $75MM. We have three offices: Grand Rapids, MI, Jackson, MI, and Laredo, TX.
