Cardinal of Minnesota, Ltd. was founded in 1995 and specializes in providing residential and support services for individuals with developmental disabilities (DD) and related conditions, mental illness (MI), and brain injuries (BI). Cardinal was awarded one of the best places to work in Minnesota on 2016. Cardinal operates 45 residential homes in Minnesota, serving over 240 clients and is comprised of a workforce of 400 employees. Cardinal operates in the following communities; Rochester, Winona, Austin, Red Wing, Spring Valley, Harmony and Bemidji. Cardinal has been recognized as a top workplace in Minnesota since 2007 and was a 2013 Minnesota Performance Excellence Award Receipt for their quality achievements.
