Clackamas Implant & Oral Surgery Center is the office of Brett M. Sullivan, DMD, MD.  Dr. Sullivan is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon practicing in Clackamas, OR.  

Our practice specializes in dental implants, extractions, and bone-grafting with IV anesthesia in a comfortable and safe environment.  We provide treatment for all ages, from children to adults.
