Mission

Community LIFE is a program of all-inclusive care for the elderly, committed to enabling older adults to remain at home while preserving their dignity, independence and quality of life.

Vision

The Community LIFE Program will be a bridge between, and a resource to traditional and new forms of health care, by becoming a model provider of comprehensive health and social services, integrated acute and long-term geriatric care, and coordinated, person-centered services.

Community LIFE is a non-profit program sponsored by the Jewish Association on Aging, Presbyterian Senior Care and UPMC. Together these organizations bring expertise and commitment in caring for older adults.

Community LIFE serves all people regardless of race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, age, familial status, sexual orientation, handicap or disability.
