Condo Pharmacy is an independently owned and operated pharmacy dedicated to meeting the unique healthcare needs of each individual patient. In addition to providing both traditional and specialty pharmacy, Condo Pharmacy is proud to be a part of the CPESN USA network of pharmacies and offer enhanced pharmacy services and care management protocols. Our pharmacists also team with other health care providers and insurers to offer clinical care services such as annual wellness visits, chronic care management, and transitions of care services from both inside and outside the pharmacy. 

From our second floor laboratory, we are able to compound custom preparations for hormone replacement therapy, pain management, pediatric dosage tailoring, veterinary medications, and much more. Our coaches and pharmacists work with patients in what was one of the first New York based Ideal Protein weight loss clinic. 

The pharmacy stocks a line of pharmaceutical grade vitamins & supplements, many over the counter health & wellness products, provides medication therapy management services and offers free multivitamins for children.
