Cooperson Associates, based in downtown Wilmington, Delaware, offers professional experience with diverse building types, large and small: institutional, commercial, medical, educational, judicial, governmental, religious, recreational, and residential – both single and multi-family. Our work encompasses the design of new structures and the renovation, remodeling, expansion and adaptive use of existing ones – including buildings on the National Register of Historic Places. In addition to projects in the Middle Atlantic region, we have recently done work in China.
