ESR was founded by Derek Brightman, who has more than 20 years of recruiting experience including recruiting, managing and training of professional recruiters. ESR is focused on providing excellence in service to companies looking to hire and grow their professional IT staff, and excellence of service to professionals looking for the next step in their professional career. Our areas of technical expertise include: Information Technology, Information Security, Project Management, Database Administration and Network Administration. Our primary focus is full-time, direct hires. Through our partnership with a prominent Information Security Company, we are able to provide contractor support for project based opportunities.
