Excellent opportunity with growing Property Management Company. We are seeking experienced Property Managers for our residential apartment communities. We have positions open in Rock Hill, SC and Fort Mill, SC. The Ideal candidate will be professional, highly organized, success driven, dynamic, resourceful and enthusiastic. Comprehensive knowledge of multi-unit markets, lease-up and rehab experience is a plus. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who strives to offer extraordinary service.

Responsibilities:

Leasing:

• Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents
• Ensure property is rented to the fullest capacity.
• Continually monitor and analyze traffic logs, conversion ratios, budget guidelines, renewal information, marketing data, etc., to be able to give up-to-date and proper information when requested by others.

Financial:

• Maintain accurate records of all property transactions and submit on a timely basis (i.e., rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-in/move-outs, etc.).
• Ensure that all rents and late fees/check charges are collected, posted and deposited in a timely manner.
• Generate necessary legal action, documents, and process in accordance with State and Company guidelines.

Resident Retention:

• Address resident concerns and requests on a timely basis to ensure resident satisfaction with management.
• Develop and/or implement resident retention programs.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Property Manager

Bonus Points:

• Rehab experience
• College Degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
