Bruce and Rose Guest are the founders of Guest home care.  After obtaining a degree in data processing, Bruce worked as a computer programmer for 12 years. Then, using his technical background, Bruce worked as a technical recruiter. Bruce liked the idea of working for himself, so he tried his hand at several different types of businesses before he met Rose. Rose was a business major in college. During her senior year of college, she worked as a caregiver and found it to be a very rewarding experience. She decided to get Nursing Assistant Certification (NAC) and later completed Vocational Nursing School. Rose worked as a caregiver for over 12 years and was very well liked by all of her clients and employers.

Over the years, Bruce and Rose both developed a deep passion for helping other people. When they eventually met and got married, they decided to invest their time and energy into a business that involved caring for and assisting others. Thus, Guest Home Care was born.

Bruce and Rose believe that every person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Their goal is to provide a higher quality of care by hiring, training, rewarding, and retaining exceptional caregivers. Bruce and Rose invest in their caregivers because they know that their caregivers are the key to quality care.
Bruce uses his recruiting background to recruit outstanding caregivers. Rose utilizes her caregiving background to train and manage the caregivers. They use their business backgrounds to maintain the Guest Home Care business, and keep it running smoothly.
