Construction Services
Our Commercial and Industrial Construction Division provides master planning, design/build, construction management and general contracting services throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, North Carolina and Florida. Our Excavating Division provides site development, underground public and private utilities, athletic fields and erosion control services throughout South Central and Eastern PA.

Insurance & Benefits
We provide comprehensive commercial insurance programs and risk management consulting, personal insurance coverage, plus employee group benefits solutions. We have the tools and the support of more than 30 of the nation’s finest insurance carriers to provide a full array of coverage. This group also includes a private, members-only insurance placement facility for independent agencies.

Management Services
We assist organizations, investors, association boards, and owners with development, real estate, operations, property management, and oversight for senior living facilities, residential multifamily communities, condominium and homeowner associations, and commercial properties. We also own and operate Columbia Cottage assisted-living communities.
