This investment initiative consists of purchasing in the counties of Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Orange, Osceola, Hillsborough and Duval through traditional retail sales, foreclosure auctions, and other off-market opportunities. The company’s founder, Bobby Suarez, has been in the investment real estate business since 2008. Most notably, Mr. Suarez worked as Head of Acquisitions for a real estate investment firm that specializes in buying single family homes on a mass scale and assisted in the acquisitions of over 400 homes over a period of three years.
