Jacaranda Manor is a part of Grace Healthcare, Founded in 1997 to manage Nursing Care and Rehabilitation Facilities.

All Grace facilities are licensed by the individual licensing authority within the state in which they operate. Each facility is a member of their individual state's professional association, and a member of the American Healthcare Association, the national professional organization for licensed Nursing Facilities. All services provided by Grace Healthcare are offered without regard to race, color, national origin, disability, sex, citizenship status, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other status protected under federal, state, or local law.

Grace Healthcare also participates in the Federal Office of Inspector General's Corporate Compliance Program which is a federally approved plan , whereby the member healthcare companies set up their own internal corporate program that is sanctioned by the federal government to promote and uphold recognized ethical and legal standards in the conduct of business.
