Shana Feight – Director of Legal Staffing
Mark’s sister, Maria, started working for Legal Search full time in May of 2001 after graduating from the University of Sciences in Philadelphia with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management. Prior to that time, Maria worked in the legal industry as an assistant for Mark’s law firm clients. She then joined Thomas Jefferson University’s legal department as an assistant to the General Counsel before being accepted into the pharmacy program at USP. Debbie Potts – Recruiting CoordinatorShana’s tenure with Legal Search began in March of 2000. She was brought on board to focus her efforts on the permanent placement of all legal support professionals. Her experience in the staffing and recruiting industry began in 1998 as a staffing specialist placing accounting and finance professionals for a large, national placement firm. Shana quickly developed a strong legal client base and knew her expertise would be a success in the legal industry. She graduated from Shippensburg University in 1997 with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Public Administration. Debbie joined Legal Search in December 2004 after working several years for the Philadelphia Stock Exchange. Debbie quickly adapted to the legal recruiting industry and has been successful in establishing strong relationships with both her clients and her candidates. Her strong work ethic and ability to match the right candidate with the right position has been a proven success to our Legal Search team.
