Its fine dining spots, found mostly in Chicago, include Fulton's on the River and Spiaggia. Most of the company's business, though, comes from running foodservice operations at more than 75 sports stadiums, convention centers, and race tracks, including Churchill Downs (Louisville, Kentucky), Lambeau Field (Green Bay, Wisconsin), and Wrigley Field (Chicago). Levy Restaurants also runs dining locations at Walt Disney's Disney World resort and theme park in Orlando. The company is a subsidiary of UK-based Compass Group.
