Ocean Beauty began in 1910 as a storefront on the Seattle waterfront called the Washington Fish and Oyster Company.

Today Ocean Beauty is one of the largest seafood companies in the United States, operating nine domestic factories, eight distribution facilities across the western US, a sales office in Japan, and has co-packing relationships with processors in Asia, Europe, and South America.
