History

In 2004, Trinity Consultants formed On Demand EnvironmentalTM in response to client needs for long-term, on-site environmental assistance. Pat Delamater, an environmental consulting veteran, was selected to spearhead this initiative and address an indentified need among client companies for EH&S staffing assistance. In addition to the contract positions that On Demand was formed to address, clients quickly began to request assistance with direct hire positions. From the beginning, On Demand Environmental has been remarkably successful, assisting with nearly 100 EH&S direct hire opportunities. Originally handling environmental needs, On Demand has expanded successfully into the health, safety, and corporate social responsibility fields.
