For over 38 years, Bethany St. Joseph Corporation has provided a wide variety of programs and services for older adults and individuals with health concerns. We pride ourselves as being an employer of choice in our service area.

Onalaska Care Center itself has been around for over 41 years. Established in 1974, the original founders included a group of interested citizens who operated it for years. In 1999, BSJ Corporation purchased the facility and has been owning and operating it ever since.

We are proud to be the only nursing home in Onalaska, allowing us to fill that niche in the long-term care sect, and to cater to the individuals we serve. Dedicated and professional staff are committed to giving a superior level of quality care. The heart of our facility is enriched by the great community made up of residents, their family members, volunteers, and staff.
