Oriol Health Care is a family owned and operated company comprised of two skilled nursing and rehab facilities – Holden Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center in Holden and Oakdale Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center in West Boylston – and our own therapy company – Oriol Therapy Services, Inc. For over 50 years, Oriol Health Care has been a leader in our industry operating consistently with our vision for providing health care that is comfortable and dignified for our residents and rewarding for our professional and dedicated employees.

Both Holden Rehab and Oakdale Rehab have completed major renovations and additions recently. Spacious common areas, dining areas, state of the art equipment, therapy gyms, outdoor patios and comfortable rooms provide a caring and healing environment for our guests. Holden Rehab is also home to the Wachusett Respiratory Program and offers outpatient rehab services in addition to in-house rehab.
