At Phase One, all employees are assigned to one of four competency areas; which are a main channel of learning and sharing. Employees participate in learning events within the competency areas and participate in internal projects geared towards exploration and innovation with their peers. The competency areas are a key mechanism for sharing best practices, increasing domain expertise, and solving client problems.
