Pillar Legal, P.C. is a boutique international law firm with offices in the San Francisco Bay Area and in Shanghai. Our practice focuses primarily upon providing transactional and corporate legal services for technology, media and entertainment companies with interests in the United States and in China. The firm regularly advises internet, software and video game companies, ranging from startups to some of the world’s largest mobile and online game publishers and developers, and we frequently represent either investors or companies in connection with venture capital investments into such companies. We are boutique in size, but often find ourselves working on large deals with brand-name companies in the video game and technology space, such as Electronic Arts (EA), Tencent, Ubisoft, Kabam, Wargaming, Perfect World, Kingsoft and iDreamsky.
