Pondhop Automation and Controls, Inc. began operations in 2008 with three employees focusing on industrial automation and control systems.  Our first projects involved industries as diverse as midstream oil and gas, water, and tank storage facilities at the Houston Ship Channel. 

Our first three employees are still with us and we still have those first customers as clients, although some of the company names have changed over the years, and have added to the list considerably.  With a UL Listed 508A panel shop, we are now not just able to provide professional SCADA and HMI, but also a full turn-key solution able to design, manufacture, program, integrate, and provide communications and off-site monitoring of a diverse range of automation and control systems.  Our projects include not just upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas, but also a variety of tank storage facilities, water treatment projects, glass bottling plants, bio-fuels, boiler automation, and more.
