Rick Curbelo, CEO and Partner/Founder Rick Curbelo is the CEO and Partner/Founder of Profloors.  He has lived in California for many years, but is originally from the New York metropolitan area.  This is where Rick developed most of his personality and his incredible drive and ambition.  He was raised in a hardworking, middle class immigrant family.  His humble beginnings taught him to give of himself and appreciate everyone and everything he affiliates himself with.  He has developed, owned and managed a number of successful businesses over the years but has really found his passion in the multi-family flooring industry.  Most recently Rick’s 15 years of experience in the flooring and multi-family industry has prepared him well for the start-up of ProFloors.  Rick has put together an incredible team of the best professionals in order to provide the best possible service to all our customers.  Rick has a saying around the office “Our Team is Second to None” and he really is passionate about this message.  He believes in teaching everyone to take personal pride in what they do and to imprint the motto, “Making your day Bigger, Better and Brighter”.  Rick believes that every customer deserves the best service possible and that we are all partners working together for the same common goal.  Rick wants our customers to have such great experience when dealing with ProFLoors that is becomes a memorable one for each and every customer.    Rick’s main focus is to create long lasting partnerships with employees, customers and vendors.   By doing this ProFloors will become the best Flooring Company in the industry.
