Rowell Chemical Corporation

Rowell Chemical Corporation was founded in 1980 as a bulk chemical distributor on the principles of enduring supplier/customer partnerships, exceptional customer service and unquestioned product quality.

 

Rowell Chemical has since expanded into chemical manufacturing, repackaging and custom compounding areas plus significant expansions of the original bulk chemical distribution footprint and product portfolio. Rowell owns and operates a fleet of tank trailers, semi-trailers and straight trucks operate as a private carrier to service our customers.

 

Rowell Chemical operates facilities in Willow Springs, Illinois and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The facilities operate 24/5, Monday through Friday with occasional scheduled weekend work as necessary.

 

Rowell Chemical receives product via, barges, rail and trucks and serves customers via truck service within about 300 miles of Chicago (including the states of Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, Missouri and Minnesota), plus nationwide service via rail or our network of distribution partners.

 

Rowell has embarked on a multi-year facility expansion project at the Willow Springs terminal facility to expand Rowell’s product portfolio and manufacturing presence. This project is expected to more than double the size of the facility.

 

Current products include: Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic), Sodium Hypochlorite (Bleach), Potassium Hydroxide (Caustic Potash), Hydrochloric Acid (HCl or Muriatic Acid), Sulfuric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, Fluorosilicic Acid, Aluminum Sulphate (Alum), Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) and a family of asphalt products.
