Shantz Cartage is a 3rd generation family business that prides itself in the reputable name it has built over the many years being in business. We are known for our excellent same day/next day service. Based in Akron, Shantz is equipped with a 24-door, dock terminal with capabilities to store/re-configure freight. We pride ourselves in having quality, hard working drivers that carry the Shantz name well. Shantz covers the entire state of Ohio as well as the surrounding states. An advantage to working for Shantz is that our drivers are able to work normal hours and return to their families each night.
