Stonebriar Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

We are a skilled nursing facility that specializes in short term rehabilitation from a wide variety of medical conditions with an emphasis on cardiac conditions. The first level of the building is dedicated for short term rehab, with 28 full private rooms, a dining room and a cardiac rehab gym. The second floor of Stonebriar is dedicated to a 74 bed long term care unit where residents receive 24 hour nursing care.
